About Lauren
Every woman should be able to stay active, healthy, and foot pain-free into mid-life and well beyond. Evidence-based movement approaches, and brain retraining techniques based on the most current research in pain science are the key to doing that.
I am honored to have helped hundreds of women find freedom from plantar fasciitis and the pain that held them back from doing the active things they love.
For the past 30 years, my mission has been to empower individuals with tools to tap into their capacity to heal pain and move with freedom, joy and ease. This is the goal of the Retrain Foot Pain Method.
The Retrain Foot Pain Method was born out of my ongoing struggles with chronic plantar fasciitis and not finding a solution despite doing “all the things.” The program is the distillation of my many years of study, training, and experience in the field of human movement and chronic pain.
This uniquely effective approach, unlike any other, focuses on the root cause and not just treating the symptom. It is an integrative, whole-system approach based on the latest in pain science that keeps you moving while you heal!
