My mission is to empower people with self-maintenance tools so they can keep doing all the active things they love for a lifetime.
I enjoy teaching people movement-based tools they can use on their own to release chronic tension, gain strength and flexibility, improve posture and biomechanics and maintain healthy movement. I believe every person, no matter their age, should be able to keep doing all the active things they love for as long as they live. The people I work with regularly report experiencing fewer aches and pains and greater ease of movement.
My training in a variety of movement modalities is unique and extensive. It allows me to offer a truly tailored approach to each individual with whom I work.
I am an avid runner, and truly practice what I preach. The tools I can teach you are the very same tools that I use myself to stay active, healthy and fit.
