My mission is to empower runners with self-maintenance tools so they can keep running for a lifetime.
I believe every person, no matter their age, should be able to keep doing all the active things they love for as long as they live. The right movement tools and approaches are key. The people I work with regularly report experiencing fewer aches and pains and greater ease of movement.
My training in a variety of movement modalities is unique and extensive and includes Yoga, Pilates, Clinical Somatic Exercise (Neuromuscular Re-education), Essentrics®, and Self-Myofascial Massage. I draw on the knowledge and skills I have acquired over 20 years to offer a truly tailored approach to each individual with whom I work.
I am an avid runner, and truly practice what I preach. The tools I can teach you are the very same tools that I use myself to stay active, healthy and fit.
