My mission is to empower runners with self-maintenance tools so they can keep running for a lifetime.
I believe every person, no matter their age, should keep doing all the active things they love for as long as they live. The right movement tools and approaches are the key to doing that. My clients regularly report pain relief, greater ease of movement, and a re-connection with the joy of running.
My training in various movement modalities is unique and extensive and includes Yoga Therapy, Pilates, Somatic Neuromuscular Re-education, Essentrics®, and Self-Myofascial Massage. I drew on the knowledge and skills I acquired in over 20 years of helping clients find relief from pain to create the Retrain Foot Pain Method -- a comprehensive and holistic approach to resolving plantar fasciitis and other foot issues for good by addressing the root cause.
I am an avid runner and truly practice what I preach. The tools I can teach you are the same tools that I use to stay active, healthy, and pain-free.
