My mission is to empower people with body-based tools to take charge of their health and wellbeing.
I enjoy teaching people movement-based tools they can use on their own to release chronic tension and maintain healthy movement. I believe every person, no matter their age, should be able to keep doing all the active things they love for as long as they live. The people I work with regularly report experiencing fewer aches and pains and greater ease of movement.
I have extensive training and experience teaching movement including Essentrics®, Yoga, Self-Myofascial Massage, and Clinical Somatics Exercise.
I am passionate about helping people to feel better in their bodies, and to live with greater ease and more vitality.
