My mission is to empower people with body-based tools to take charge of their health and wellbeing.
I enjoy teaching people movement-based tools they can use on their own to release chronic tension and feel better in their bodies. The people I work with regularly report experiencing fewer aches and pains and greater ease of movement.
I have extensive training and experience teaching movement including Essentrics®, the Roll Model Method™ of self-myofascial massage, Yoga and Clinical Somatic Exercise.
I am passionate about helping people to feel better in their bodies, and to live with greater ease and more vitality.
