About Essentrics®

Essentrics® is a unique full-body workout that is specifically designed to rebalance all the joints and increase range of motion by stretching and strengthening the muscles simultaneously.
The program draws on the flowing movements of tai chi which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long, lean, flexible muscles, and the healing principles of physiotherapy which create a pain-free body.

ESSENTRICS® Stretch & Tone

It is ideal for individuals who are active, healthy, and fully mobile.

ESSENTRICS® Release, Rebalance & Restore

This foundations class is a great introduction to the Essentrics technique. This workout will increase range of movement in your joints and flexibility in your muscles, while stimulating your cells to boost strength, energy, vibrancy, and your immune system.

The class is perfect for injury prevention, pain relief, stress release, and promoting healing.  As with any Essentrics workout, you will leave feeling taller, elongated, relaxed and energized!

A classically trained ballerina who danced with the National Ballet of Canada, she is best known for her PBS fitness show, Classical Stretch, on-air since 1999, and rated the #1 fitness show on the network, and for creating Essentrics--the technique that Classical Stretch is based on.
