ESSENTRICS® Stretch & Tone
This moderately paced class picks up the pace and repetitions, dynamically combining full-body strengthening and stretching to develop a strong toned body with the complete ability of moving each joint and muscle freely and with full range of motion. It is ideal for individuals who are active, healthy and fully mobile.
ESSENTRICS® Release, Rebalance & Restore
This foundations class is a great introduction to the Essentrics technique. This workout will increase range of movement in your joints and flexibility in your muscles, while stimulating your cells to boost strength, energy, vibrancy, and your immune system. The class is perfect for injury prevention, pain relief, stress release, and promoting healing. As with any Essentrics workout, you will leave feeling taller, elongated, relaxed and energized!
Miranda Esmonde-White, Essentrics Creator
Miranda Esmonde-White is one of North America's greatest advocates and educators of healthy aging and pain-free living. A classically trained ballerina who danced with the National Ballet of Canada, she is best known for her PBS fitness
show, Classical Stretch, on-air since 1999 and rated the #1 fitness show on the network, and for creating Essentrics--the technique that Classical Stretch is based
on. Based in Montreal, Esmonde-White spends her time lecturing on healthy living around the world, writing, training instructors in her technique, and acting as a consultant to numerous professional and Olympic athletes, dancers, models, and other notable clients.
